Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-15 · Bring It To You LLC ("BITY")
1. Service description
BITY provides a courier platform that dispatches independent contractor drivers to pick up and deliver packages within our published service area in Greater Cincinnati.
2. Prohibited items
You may not ship: illegal drugs or controlled substances (except properly documented pharmacy deliveries), firearms and ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), live animals, human remains, cash exceeding $500, or any item whose transport would violate federal, state, or local law. BITY may refuse or cancel any order suspected to contain prohibited items.
3. Age-restricted items
Deliveries containing alcohol, tobacco, or age-restricted medical products require ID verification at drop-off. Recipient must be 21+ (alcohol/tobacco) or 18+ (other restricted items). Driver will refuse handoff and return the item if ID cannot be verified.
4. Insurance and declared value
Basic coverage of up to $100 per shipment is included. Standard (up to $500) and Premium (up to $2,500) coverage is available at booking for a fee based on declared value. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery and are limited to the declared value and coverage tier selected.
5. Cancellation
Cancel free of charge before a driver is en route. Cancellations after a driver is dispatched but before pickup: 25% fee ($10 minimum). Orders already picked up cannot be cancelled online — contact support to dispute.
6. Delivery windows
Estimated pickup and delivery times are best-effort. BITY is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, unresponsive contacts, or other factors outside our reasonable control. If we miss a stated delivery deadline solely due to our error, contact support for a partial refund evaluation.
7. Fees and payment
Prices shown at booking include base fee, mileage, service-level multipliers, vehicle-class surcharge (if applicable), and any add-ons. Payment is due at booking and processed by our payment provider. Tips are 100% passed through to drivers.
8. Independent contractor relationship
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of BITY. BITY dispatches deliveries but does not control the manner and means by which drivers complete them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BITY's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order plus the declared value covered by your selected insurance tier. BITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by contacting support. Unresolved disputes will be settled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and governed by Ohio law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version applies to each new booking. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
