BITY collects only the information required to complete your delivery: names, addresses, phone numbers, package details, and payment information processed by our payment provider. GPS location is collected from drivers only while an assignment is active and shared with customers only for their active delivery.

Signatures and delivery photos are retained as proof of delivery for a limited period. We never sell personal information. For questions, contact us.
